As a football payer in my youth my diet consisted of anything and everything I could grab. I tried to eat right and eat as much good stuff as possible BUT often I just needed calories to maintain weight and strength. Now as i get older and am a runner i need different food and fuel. In reality my needs 20 years ago are the same I just didn’t know any better.
Love mushrooms- many with beans( crazy for beans- great fuel)
