I will be celebrating for several hours in the kitchen this Thursday. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
As I cook traditional foods for the majority I will create some healthy plantbased alternatives. It will be a tiring but fun day and interesting to see how the different dishes are received by the ~100 folks eating.
This is year 18 for this annual commitment but not anywhere near the end, at least for my service.
